Credit Cards and Payment
All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed prior to shipment of your order. Please ensure that you provide us with a contact telephone number for yourself and if the order is for a third party please provide us with their contact telephone number as well.
Please have your credit card in front of you in order that that all required information is correctly entered ie credit card number, expiry date and security code. This information is required to process your order.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to deliver all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of delivery will be delivered as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged one delivery and we will pay for any subsequent deliveries due to stock unavailability . You will only be charged for delivery at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
Please ensure that someone is at the address provided to accept the goods.
For bulkier items eg furniture or multiple purchases , we will phone you to confirm the delivery charge prior to processing of the order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Maison et Jardin reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We will deliver your product as it becomes available. We deliver usually within 3-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Shipping Rates and Details
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Maison et Jardin only delivers to addresses in Australia and by request to New Zealand.
Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Maison et Jardin site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We will replace any item that arrives at the destination faulty or damaged, provided we receive photographic evidence of damage . Notification of faulty /damaged products must be received by us by email or by phone within 48hours of your parcel being delivered. You will be provided with a reference number when reporting the incident. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item in a secure manner. We will also request photographic evidence of the damaged item. We will only offer a refund of the item, if we are out of stock of a replacement item.
Goods must be returned to us unused and in original condition with the packaging intact. Proof of purchase will be required. No return will be accepted if the goods have been used .
We will only refund the delivery fee for faulty goods and will not refund for incorrect choice.
Antique, vintage items and recycled furniture is sold as is , due to the age of the items, items may have blemishes ,marks,or show signs of restoration.This adds to the character of each piece and no returns will be accepted.
We try to provide as accurate information as possible in regard to antique or vintage pieces,however we are not experts in antiques and errors may occur.
We would not be responsible for any errors in antique or vintage descriptions and should clients require authentication then experts can be engaged at the clients expense to authenticate pieces.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
